Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a common, chronic and long-lasting disorder in which a person has uncontrollable, reoccurring thoughts (obsessions) and behaviors (compulsions) that he or she feels the urge to repeat over and over.

SYMPTOMS

* Feeling excessively worried or unnecessarily responsible about any situation

* Have chronic and irrational concerns about dirt and germs or about getting contaminated in some way

* Excessive and irrational concerns about the order

* Aggressive impulses (harm to others impulsively or worries about harming him or herself)

TREATMENT

Obsessive Compulsive disorders are treated with therapy, medication, or a combination of both
